Fabulous room and really comfortable bed. Great view. There was loud music playing on the street (a club?) that kept me awake for a while, and the hotel is not within walking distance of any sights. Had to take a cab to the city center or to dine.

The AC was continuously warm and they were not able to rectify the problem. We were given a fan to help us have cool air at nights and in the days.the fridge didn’t work for the first two days. The room service in terms of cleanliness was good. They were sure to keep the room tidy everyday. The breakfast was terrible. Overall I did not enjoy the stay. Don’t think I’d do it again

This hotel was broken. The sink in our room was leaking. They switched us to another room where the shower door wouldn't close and leaked all over the floor. We were excited to go to the pool, but it was broken was well. There was a sign saying that it was closed for maintenance. However, no maintenance appeared to be in progress. All this would've been acceptable for a cheap motel. However, for a 4 star hotel it was not acceptable.
