old building with bad sound proof. One of the bathtub faucet broken. Charger is not working, you need to try multiple times in order to charge your phone. I asked how I can turn on the heater, front desk told me it is too early to turn on the heater, so there is not heater. However, they do have very strong heater in lobby and their restaurant, but not for our room… They touch and moved our items on desk and bed when doing the cleaning. They throw all our our clean underwear and clothing on the dirty sofa which looks black in order to make the bed. We complained at the front desk, they told me someone will reach to us for this problem, but actually no. We checkout 3 days after this complaint, no one reach to us…

We loved our stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we asked for an upgrade they went out of their way to help us. Breakfast is extra unless you include it in your rate. I’d suggest including it. We wished we had because it was super yummy with lots of options. Coffee is only in your room otherwise, which is more instant which we didn't like. Otherwise you’ll pay for it. There’s cafes close by if you prefer to wait. Train and bus stations are an easy 7 minute walk. We walked to everything and found the hotel location to be perfect for us. We’d stay and recommend to others.

Our rooms AC was broken for the 3 day stay. Staff told us nothing we could do. The whole room would shake very loudly multiple hours straight for both of the nights. The staff told us it was fine. I would upload videos of the room shaking if possible. The ceiling and walls would rumble.

Very nice hotel, wonderful staff. Only issue was room was a bit noisy when the window was open and warm when closed. Area outside is very crowded with people and cars. Hotel did offer to change rooms.

Perfect Location

It was so fun to stay at this hotel. There are a few small upgrades that can be made but otherwise we had a blast staying in such a perfect location. We were able to see all the sites and walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

Staff was incredibly helpful, hotel is located 5mins from the train station. We were upgraded and our room was over the top, never stay in a room that had it’s own wellness area ( sauna) perfect way to end a long day♥️
