It is very convenient area to see Florence. Our room was clean, I would suggest to pay attention on cleaning the grout below the tub (tiles) and floor to make it really appealing, the build up of dirt is starting to show and not a good sight. Other than that the room has good layout and would stay here again. Everyone was friendly. Thank you.

We checked in very late about 9:30pm. The staff informed us that we could add euro30 to upgrade the room. Everything seemed fine until we used the shower, which had a completely blocked drain. This was very troubling as it flooded the bathroom (very inconvenient to clean) and also prevented us from showering at all. When we checked out then informed the staff about this matter, they were not very understanding (we showed him the photo) and only said that it wouldn’t happen next time. Frankly, I do not think we will be returning to this hotel after this so bad experience.

It was ok but very poor value for money, room was tiny and it didn’t feel very clean. The bed was comfortable, good black out curtains, good aircon. Really didn’t like the fragrance they use in the room on arrival - cheap, unpleasant. Also, It smelled like mould in the bathroom due to poor air ventilation in the bathroom. Area around the train station is dodgy and always super busy but convenient for getting to and from airport. Staff was nice and it was convenient to leave the luggage at the hotel. Overall very average stay and I’m happy we only stayed there for one night.

Clean room. Excellent breakfast. very convenient location just steps from the train station. The staff is so nice and helpful. We checked in late and the front desk phoned a nearby restaurant to make sure we can still go for dinner. The breakfast staff offered to refill our water bottle for us. Location is good

The hotel was a great location however the reception staff weren’t the most welcoming. The staff were very loud and banged things about from early on. Didn’t feel a 4 star hotel.
