Close to the train station and a short walk to the more scenic parts of town. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the less aesthetically pleasing hotels I’ve stayed at while in Italy but functional.

Great stay in Florence!

Great stay! Walkable to other parts of Florence, loved the breakfast! The only thing is it is very close to the train station, which is convenient but also a lot of weird people around the area.

Lovely hotel

Would highly recommend for close proximity to station and most attractions within reasonable walking distance. The breakfast was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay (3 days)

I made a reservation for 2 twin beds. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said it was a queen bed, but I wanted to exchange it for 2 twins. I should have done the upgrade for 30 euros a day for a larger room. I made the upgrade, but the room was too small, so I doubt that I actually received an upgrade. The bathroom was very small and old. The breakfast was excellent, and the location beside the train station was good, but the room was terrible.
