The comfort room was perfect. Much bigger and updated compared to the local Italian hotels I stayed in. The front desk staff was wonderful and incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was disappointing but still a clan nice offering and nice staff. I would stay there again

I love this hotel and the staff. They are so helpful. They even help me retrieve my delayed baggage from the airport. It’s walkable to all the sightseeing and the tours plus it’s right by the train station.

The sound of my neighbour urinating just before bed and in the morning just as I awoke (in fact I was awoken by the sound of the neighbour urinating); was the only thing--although for me it was very significant--which put a dampener on my overall impression of the Club Hotel.
