Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Cleanliness of the room has gone down hill since i stayed at the property a few years ago. Mold on the curtains, drain plug in the tub not working, dirty sheets, mold on the ceiling, and tv guide sheet looked like someone had whiped their boogers on it multiple times.

I truly enjoyed my stay over the holiday season! The only thing was my room had two huge bugs in it that crawled up the walls. It made me uneasy. So I asked the front desk to get them down and she brought a vacuum to get it down. It had an odor to them after they were killed.

This has always been our best option to stay in Russellville. We did notice the main carpets were dirty and needed a good vacuum and the common areas just needed a good clean and polish. Hopefully they will address that issue better and not let it run down. The room was clean and great. No problems. Service was great and we are satisfied staying there

Absolutely terrible stay

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly woman who helped us tremendously, but the room itself was more than disappointing. The shower had not been cleaned well as it had 5 hairs on the walls from a previous guest and the tub drain didn’t work, so I was unable to take a bath. The mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows had no stuffing in them whatsoever. Both of us had to take cold showers in the morning. After I took my shower and walked around the room a few times, I went back into the bathroom to sit down and shave my legs in the tub. Black water ran off of my feet which tells me that the carpet was absolutely filthy. We will not be staying there again
