What an excellent place to stay. Carmen in charge of the apartments was extremely hospitable and friendly. The room is comfortable and clean. The location is exceptional, and in walking distance to high-end shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Caminxa was a wonderful host and gave me many good recommendations for dinner! The location of the apartment is very central with amazing restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was ideal for one but would suit also suit a couple. Only ten mins from Santa Maria Novella Stazione you can easily walk with your luggage. I would absolutely stay again!

This apartment is perfectly located near to or within easy walking distance of all the major tourist sites of Florence. The bed is comfortable. The owner has outfitted it with everything one needs to be self-sustaining, including everything needed for cooking in the very small, but perfectly adequate kitchen. By happenstance we met the owner leaving with cleaning supplies just as we arrived and she showed us around with clear pride of ownership and for doing the work of upkeep and cleaning herself. She is so kind.
