The staff were friendly and helpful and location was great. We called the day prior to asking early check in was possible and we were told yes. Unfortunately a room was not ready early. Do not offer services if you can’t follow through. The carpet in our room had many stains, window sills were filthy. Breakfast was good but wish there had been some plain oatmeal or cereal that wasn’t loaded with sugar.

The hotel was filthy. We had two queen beds. The first had dirty blankets, and we found used gauze—yes, gauze. The second bed had brown hair and dirty sheets. They moved us to a room with a king bed. We folded down the covers, and there were fake eyelashes, dirt, and stained sheets. We left the hotel at 11 p.m. and drove three hours home. It was unacceptable. We have photos of everything.

Since we were late check in due to arriving to wedding a few miles away, we ended up with handicap room. Room was ok. Breakfast was good, just felt bad with only 1 gentleman attending to breakfast area. He was running around like crazy! Other than that, nice hotel.
