The staff was very friendly and the gym was adequate. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor so a staff member carried my bag up for me. In the morning a staff member used a key card to attempt tocome in my room stating he thought the room was empty (I had the locking lock on the door) the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best.

Parking lot had many potholes and there was not enough parking for the number of guests. We were notified that the elevator was not working on Thursday and that we could cancel our stay. That was not an option considering we were staying in Fenton due to a bowling tournament.
