Our room, reserved for three adults, was unexpectedly transformed into a king bed with a couch. Initially, we thought the couch was a sleeping sofa, but upon closer inspection, we realized it wasn’t. To rectify the situation, the hotel provided us with another room equipped with two beds. However, they insisted that we vacate the room we had been using. Consequently, we had to move from the previous room to the existing, non-accommodating room in the middle of the night. This experience was far from what I had booked for, and I am certainly not satisfied with my stay.

Check-in was quick and smooth with a very pleasant desk attendant. The room was super nice very clean. The only things I found bothersome were that I could hear every footstep of the person on the floor above me. Also was bummed that there was no hairdryer in the room and also the coffee in the room was horrid. Other than that… I feel that I made a good decision in staying overnight there due to a snowstorm and not wishing to drive home.

I requested a handicap ♿️ room the only thing handicap was thr bars and the rails. I needed a walkinnshower. There were ni batteries in the rmotr soni couldnt use the remote. The CSR who checled me in was very rude and nasty she snatched my drivers licens out of my hand and then handed them back in the other hand onbthe opposite than whatvi gave her. I called to let her know what was going on in the room and she answered with a nasty attitude and said PLEASE HOLD. Then tInwanted a soda soni went searching for a vending machine. When i went to the main floor near the restroom and pool area it reaked of marijuanna both in the hallway and bathroom. bathroom a. then

It was a clean room, complimentary breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the TV didn’t work well, slow to turn on and clicking sound. Overall good experience and would return if needed to stay I that area again.
