My second time staying at Holiday Inn Express. My room 211 felt smaller than my first room 108. A comfortable bed so I got a good sleep. The small table to sit down at was a little dirty as was the top of the shower head. Not a major problem but if I do stay next time, I would prefer to stay on the first floor

Each and every staff member my partner and I spoke to were incredibly friendly and polite. One even offered to get breakfast options and take them to our table for my partner as she had our newborn baby on her lap. Extremely thoughtful. The room was really clean, check in/out was easy and the hotel itself is in a really great location with shops and restaurants walking distance. We will come again!

Staff lovely, but upon check in we weren’t able to have our original room we booked due to “noise”? So we were given an accessible room - didn’t like the shower and struggled to sleep wit the emergency green light on in the room all night.
