Primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom has two twin sized beds and private deck and the living room has a fold out couch. There are two decks one with a grill for your use, an open floor plan and a full size garage. *One portable a/c unit in each bedroom, NO central air conditioning.

We enjoyed the townhouse very much. It’s very roomy with the two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Was nice to have a full size garage and the subdivision/area is nice and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked and furniture is nice.

This was a great place tomato for a quick weekend (bringing kids back to college). The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Property was in good proximity to downtown, hiking and getting on the freeway. There were a lot of stairs. No problem unless you have bad knees or hips. Everything was clean except for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Didn’t turn it on because of all the dust that was accumulated on the blades. Liked having the garage to park in.
