This hotel was a wonderful pleasant stay. The room was super clean, the staff was extremely helpful, cheerful, and welcoming! The bed was so comfortable! I would highly recommended this hotel. We will definitely stay again when visiting out college student.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and would stay again! The staff is friendly, the rooms are well-designed, and the beds are very comfy. I loved the espresso machine! A few times during my stay, I wished I had a microwave for convenience in the room. The showers are nice but there is no way to adjust the water pressure, which is so strong that it's very uncomfortable.

Cleanliness was great, I was comfortable about that. My only problem was the lighting in the bathroom being too low for touch up make-up. Also, Voco said we would be receiving by email a final invoice after our visit. However, I have not received it yet. Could you please take care of that? Thank you

The Voco hotel review: The room was very nice. It was clean and looked new. We had friendly staff who were helpful when we needed assistance. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic! However, there were several drawbacks while staying here: * No microwave in room * They didn't have a Keurig, but a phony-like copycat. You needed to stand near the coffee brewer in the room and continue to push the brewing button until your cup is full, which took about 5 minutes per cup. * No ready-made coffee available in the lobby * Paid $10 for breakfast at check-in. It's $20 thereafter if not prepaid upon check-in. Drinks are very expensive! I paid over $50 for 2 double shots during happy hour, which was 20% off. Paid over $66 after happy hour for the same drinks, not including gratuity. Silly me for returning for more. To boot, upon check-out, we found out they charged $10 per day for parking, which midnight must be the cut-off time, and so they added an extra $10 charge. That is, we stayed 1 night and were charged $20 for parking. Unbelievable. So when we are seeing "free parking" listed on a hotel's amenities, there truly is a reason. We will not use this hotel a second time.

Review staff.

The ONLY THING that made it not five star was the nasty attitude of the mask wearing Native American handling breakfast service. I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years and have never seen someone so irate and unpleasant-especially so early in the morning! He should NOT work in hospitality. He only does damage to the brand.
