-There are discounts in pricing for stays longer than a week and a month. You can adjust your schedules to see the discounts applied.
-This property does not have central A/C in the summer but has a portable unit for the living area just in case.
-2 dogs are welcome in this home. $50/dog per stay. Please note, the house is not fenced like all the homes in the Country Club area. This allows the deer to roam freely.
-The 4th bedroom on floor 2 has a separate entrance from the outside.
-The game room is in the basement with an entrance on the left side of the house.
-Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
