We came at 5:30, room was not ready. Check in was at 4pm. They cited staffing shortages and said room would not be ready for another 45min. Rooms are huge and very clean. We enjoyed the stay. This place is busy.

I chose this place for the price, but it was great!! Easy to get in and out of and around town. Quiet and everyone was super nice and helpful. The rooms are great - love the larger fridge and dishwasher in particular.

Clean room, clean building and fun downstairs. They had a gas fire pit out front with a nice meeting place and dog friendly. Downstairs had the breakfast area, games and TVs. Rooms are nice with blackout curtains. Great size rooms and nice bathroom

Find Somewhere Else if You Need a Good Nights Rest

The facility was conveniently close to restaurants (walking distance). The beds were HORRIBLE. Like sleeping on the ground with a layer of cardboard. The pillows were only suggestions. Deflated to nothing as soon as my head hit them, no matter how many I had.

This hotel was fabulous! The room was large and clean and looked great, nice details. We loved the lobby the best, it had lots of cozy places to sit and read, coffee and tea was available all day and it had a nice outdoor patio. My boys and I went shopping at Bookman's, then came back and sat by the firepit, watched the rain and read, it was perfect! Break was tasty, we enjoyed the different options, like breakfast sandwiches on pretzels rolls. We've been visiting Flagstaff for at least 50 years and usually stay at a campground, this time we chose a hotel for a marching band event and will actually stay here again, thank you for having a great hotel!
