We were a large group visiting from California, while booking I put in the number of adults and kids visiting. Here is list of things you need if you plan on renting this place.- facial tissues there is none-food wrapping or foil none- trash bags she will given you 3 -garage light there is none it’s pitch black-- toilet papers, dish washing and for washing clothes -plates broken don’t use -stove burners 2 doesn’t work -kitchen vent doesn’t work-bunk bed rail broken -old towels in bathrooms- bathrooms no rugsI had to contact her when I got there. She had to come to the house while we were there to open a locked closet only to provide 3 dishwasher detergent packs and 5 for washing clothes. Full of attitude and came to the house with hiking shoes. While she has a big sign saying no shoes inside the house.In California I have two rentals in Lake Tahoe, I always make sure people don’t even have to leave their place for anything while in vacation, but this stingy lady with bad attitude charged me 3000 dollars and we had to go through all this. I don’t recommend this house for anyone who likes a peaceful vacation. I paid for her bad attitude, but what goes around comes around. I believe in karma and I hope karma finds her. When. You charge someone with 3000 at least be decent enough to say hello when you come in and apologize when you see in person that things that was reported not working is not working.
