Newly renovated cottage. 30 second walk to the beach. New hot tub addition!

New renovated cottage. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Sitting area off living room facing the water. Patio doors off master bedroom facing water with deck and hot tub access. Large front deck. Pull out queen size sofa bed in living room for extra guests. Smart TV, WIFI, propane fire bowl, fire pit, bikes, fishing poles , BBQ and lots of other things to do. Lot also has an RV on back part of lot but fence to separate the 2 spots for privacy. We do have security cameras on the outside of the property for our protection as well as our guests
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a hot tub or take in the view from a garden.

Beautiful view of Minas Basin. Nice modern update. Comfy beds and the hot tub was an added bonus. Kitchen is well stocked. It was everything we needed.
