Rooms were dirty but beds were clean thank goodness. Shower pressure was good. The door locked along with the deadbolt but the extra lock towards the top was broke. Very odd check in as well. You check in and out through a drive thru. Staff was very nice though. If more effort was put into cleaning and maintaining the property it would be a decent place to stay.

I left in the morning when I returned to the hotel my card was deactivated I went to the reception and the person who was there did not want to reactivate the key to open the room and had to deliver it at 11 am and the person in charge opened the room without asking permission at 9 in the morning I think it is a lack of respect thank you

The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!
