It's not a large house. But it's got everything you need for a great stay in Fernie! The laundry is downstairs however the rest of downstairs is off limits storage

The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. The hot tub is very nice. The cat is friendly and relatively low maintenance. I recommend bringing a bike as the trails are very close.
