Quiet Silver Rock 2BR / Pool, Hot Tub, Fireplace

Two couples, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and nobody waiting on the shower. Tucked on the quiet side of Silver Rock, this third-floor condo puts Fernie Alpine Resort eight minutes up the road and 2nd Ave’s shops and restaurants a 20-minute walk away. Spend the day on the hill or the trails, then swim laps in the indoor pool, steam it out and finish in the outdoor hot tub. Back upstairs, light the fire, pour a drink and let tomorrow’s plans wait.

The best part of this condo is what you don’t hear. It sits on the quiet side of the building on the third floor, looking out over trees and green space, so the evenings are yours to linger over.

Step in onto the tiled entry and the kitchen is on your left. Its breakfast bar has stools for a quick bite or a coffee while someone else cooks. It’s fully equipped, with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus dishes, cutlery and cookware for four. The cupboard is stocked with oil, salt, pepper and locally roasted coffee beans. The dining area is on your right, with a table that seats everyone and doubles as your laptop spot.

Beyond it, the living room centres on a stone-faced gas fireplace, with a TV, a sofa and an armchair with an ottoman made for putting your feet up. The balcony door opens onto your own outdoor spot, with a natural gas BBQ and a quiet view of trees and grass.

A short hallway leads to the bedrooms. The primary has a king bed, dressers for unpacking properly and an en-suite with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the second full bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo, sits just outside it. Both bathrooms have towels, hand soap and 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash, and there’s a hair dryer for the unit. Need to do a load? A communal laundry room is just down the hall on the same floor. Air conditioning and heating round things out.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. As a Silver Rock guest, you'll also have access to the building's pool (open as early as 6am), hot tub, steam room, and small gym, plus underground parking and a ski locker (bring your own lock - or reach out and rent one from us). Please note, the communal areas at Silver Rock are all subject to closures at any time, sometimes without notice, due to various circumstances.

Once your stay is confirmed, we'll email you a secure link to your personalised StayIn guest guide, which sits outside of Vrbo. It has your check-in and check-out details, reservation, parking and property info, plus the option to accept or decline our damage waiver (see below). The code will be visible five minutes before your scheduled check-in time. If you won’t have internet access at check-in, please message us in advance so we can make other arrangements.

Accidents happen, right? Upgrade your Vrbo coverage with our optional damage waiver. For a small fee, you're covered for up to CA$1,000 in accidental damage, like lost keys, broken dishes, stains and scuffs. Opt in or out via your StayIn guest guide. If you skip it, you're responsible for any damage. It doesn't cover damage caused by any animal, intentional damage, negligence or extra cleaning.
