Big-mountain days, small-town nights, and you’re right in the middle. Fernie Alpine Resort is eight minutes up the road, and the shops and restaurants of 2nd Ave are a 15-minute walk the other way. After a day in the bowls or on the trails, unwind in the shared indoor pool, outdoor hot tub or steam room, then come home to a real fireplace and a king bed. Coffee on your private patio among the treetops. Repeat.

This is the kind of place where you can do it all or absolutely nothing, and both feel exactly right. Start with coffee on your private balcony, looking out into the treetops. When you’re ready to move, Silver Rock’s indoor pool, steam room and gym are just downstairs. When you’re done for the day, flick on the gas fireplace and let the evening slow down.

The apartment is all on one level. Step inside and the dining area sits to your left, with a table for four that works just as well for a laptop as for planning tomorrow’s outing. The kitchen is to your right and is set up for real cooking. It has a full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave, plus a coffee maker, blender and kettle. Dishes, cutlery and cookware are all here, and the cupboard is stocked with oil, salt, pepper and locally roasted coffee beans, so you only need to shop for the rest.

The living room centres on the fireplace, with a smart TV with standard cable for winding down. Natural light comes in through the patio door. The bedroom has a king bed and room-darkening shades for deep, uninterrupted sleep.

The bathroom has a tub for a long soak, with fresh towels, soaps and a hair dryer ready for you, and the in-suite washer and dryer let you pack light. Air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable whatever the season.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. As a Silver Rock guest, you'll also have access to the building's pool (open as early as 6am), hot tub, steam room, and small gym, plus underground parking and a ski locker (bring your own lock - or reach out and rent one from us). Please note, the communal areas at Silver Rock are all subject to closures at any time, sometimes without notice, due to various circumstances.

Once your stay is confirmed, we'll email you a secure link to your personalised StayIn guest guide, which sits outside of Vrbo. It has your check-in and check-out details, reservation, parking and property info, plus the option to accept or decline our damage waiver (see below). The code will be visible five minutes before your scheduled check-in time. If you won’t have internet access at check-in, please message us in advance so we can make other arrangements.

Accidents happen, right? Upgrade your Vrbo coverage with our optional damage waiver. For a small fee, you're covered for up to CA$1,000 in accidental damage, like lost keys, broken dishes, stains and scuffs. Opt in or out via your StayIn guest guide. If you skip it, you're responsible for any damage. It doesn't cover damage caused by any animal, intentional damage, negligence or extra cleaning.
