Accommodation located in the park of the Château de Montriou, in Feneu (on the edge of the town on the Sceaux d'Anjou side), in an old building.

! THIS ACCOMMODATION CAN BE COMBINED WITH THE 10-PERSON GÎTE THAT WE OFFER! THE TWO ACCOMMODATIONS ARE LOCATED IN THE SAME PLACE!

Composed of 3 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms (sink / shower / toilet) + living room (American kitchen open to the living room)

Bedroom 1: large double bedroom with bed 160x200 with duvet 240x260 and pillows 60x60 + large cupboard and luggage rack
Discreet view of the chapel classified as an M.H. in 1964 and the castle!

Bedroom 2: small double bedroom with 140x190 bed with duvet 220x240 and pillows 60x60 + large closet and luggage rack
Shower room in the bedroom, closed by an interior door

Bedroom 3: "dormitory" room with 4 single beds 90x190 with duvet 220x240 and pillows 60x60 + open cupboard and luggage rack
This room can be configured by joining 2 single beds which are twin (same bed base/mattress) to form 1 large double bed 180x190 (but cannot be "linked" together)
Large en-suite shower room also accessible from the hallway

For your comfort, all mattresses and pillows have been replaced at the beginning of the 2026 season! 🤗
The paintings will be completely redone during the 2026/2027 winter closing in order to welcome you as well as possible when the premises reopen in spring 2027! 😁

The living room is composed of a living room and a dining room:
Living room: 2 armchairs + 1 small sofa + 1 bench + 1 coffee table on its central carpet
Dining room: large table + chairs, counter open to the full kitchen equipped as follows: mini-fridge, microwave, gas stove oven + hob, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, crockery

PGJyPgThe apartment is located entirely on the first floor of the building, the staircase does not accommodate people with reduced mobility or children! nevertheless a travel cot can be made available provided that a toddler who is not yet frolicking is available!

The entrance to the building accommodates the garden furniture and outdoor games that we make available to you; it can also be used as a bicycle shed if needed.

The premises are unfortunately not equipped to charge electric cars!

Please bring your bed linen / toilet / kitchen which is not provided in this accommodation.
If you nevertheless wish it to be provided to you, provide an additional payment of 15 € / person.
