S'Hort is a rural house finished building in May 2017, located in es Carritxó, village of the municipality of Felanitx. It is located 50 minutes from the airport by car, 5 minutes from Felanitx, 10 minutes from s'Horta and 15 minutes from Cala D'or, Portocolom, Santanyí and Campos, and 20 minutes from Manacor. It is very well connected to the coves of the east of Mallorca and the natural park of Mondragó. It has a privileged location, since it is an idyllic and quiet area. It is located in a valley with great views of the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador and the castle of Santueri. Its location invites you to make excursions on foot or by bicycle. We also find leisure areas close to the house, such as Menut where you can ride horses or Vall D'Or golf. The house is on a plot with many typical Mallorca trees such as almond and carob trees, as well as fruit trees. Near the area we can find typical architectural elements of Mallorca related to the use of water to be located near a torrent, ferris wheels, wells, ponds, fountains ... Its tranquility contrasts with the proximity to supermarkets, beaches, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, etc.
Although from the outside it looks like a typical Mallorcan house and well integrated into the surroundings, inside we find a modern, spacious, functional and very bright house. The house has air conditioning. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet as well as a very spacious and bright living room. On the ground floor we also find a modern fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, with washer and dryer, and a garage. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite, one with a bathtub and the other with a large shower, a terrace with spectacular views and a library study, with Internet connection.
At the rear of the house we find a pool 12.5 long by 4 wide, with a large lawn and two solarium areas around it. The terrace is equipped with adequate furniture and with barbecue.
In the front there is a wide esplanade where you can park the vehicles.
The price includes a weekly cleaning service, which includes change of sheets and towels in addition to the maintenance and cleaning of the pool, garden and terraces.
