Fantastic villa just 10 minutes from the beach

Fabulous villa located in the countryside, just 3 km from Calonge.
The property is surrounded by a variety of trees and offers plenty of privacy.

The first floor is divided into common areas and two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.
There is a spacious living room and a kitchen equipped with all the amenities.

On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace on the first floor.

The area is very quiet and has several trails nearby, perfect for jogging or other outdoor activities.
Towns like Santanyi—famous for its weekly market in the city center—or Cala D'Or, home to one of the island’s most luxurious marinas, are only 12 km from the property.
The popular sandy beaches are found in or around
Cala D'Or, Cala Marsal, Porto Colom, and Porto Petro—each only about a 15-minute drive away.
This stretch of coastline also boasts some of the finest and most picturesque sandy coves on the entire island—nearby Cala Sa Nau (10.5 km) and Cala Mondragó (12.7 km) are two of our particular favorites.
