Es Porrasar is a Old town House dating back to 1750 and completely restored in 2004 respecting the original architecture and details of yesteryear, situated in a prime location next to all the services offered in Cas Concos a small town in the municipality of Felanitx and at 10-15 minutes from the creeks and beaches of Cala Ferrera, Cala D'Or, Cala Mondragó...



Distributed on two levels, surrounded by lawn garden and large swimming pool, and an outside Porch equipped with barbecue and a kitchen with all appliances, ideal to be outside any time of the day
night.



On the ground floor you have a hall , spacious dining room , Kitchen with chimney bot has straight exit to the terrace and garden.

It also has a separate comfortable lounge with access to the garden and pool area. Two double rooms, one accessible to wheelchairs, two full bathrooms.



Upstairs are three double bedrooms one with access to the terrace , two bathrooms; one en-suite with bath and separate shower cabin.

Cas Concos is a small village and yet has everything you need. A supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and various small shops where you can find everything you need for everyday life.



The nearest Golfcourse is at 5km, Vall d'Or Golf. The beaches of Porto Petro are 10 km away and the beaches of Cala D'Or, Cala Serena or Cala Marsal are approximately 12-13 km away.
