Cas Verros is a beautiful typical Mallorcan stone house located in the southeast of Mallorca, with spacious and well-maintained gardens and an outdoor area with a private pool, ideal for enjoying a dream family vacation.



The magnificent exteriors offer the opportunity to relax in the saltwater pool area (8m x 4m), equipped with 8 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas to enjoy the Mallorcan sun and refreshing dips, with the convenience of a nearby outdoor bathroom. Enjoy outdoor barbecues thanks to the brick barbecue on the house's terrace, directly connected to the kitchen, and a large wooden table for 8 people. Fun is guaranteed for the little ones with the large outdoor playground.



The house consists of a ground floor where the spacious dining room is located with direct access to the terrace, a living room with comfortable sofas and television, and a fully equipped independent kitchen. In addition, there is a room with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, as well as another separate bathroom. On the first floor are the rest of the bedrooms, two of them with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace from where beautiful views of the property can be enjoyed.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and in addition to bath towels, a pool towel is provided for each guest.
