Apartment Ferrera Park 306, with 3 bedrooms, is furnished in a beautiful, fresh style and is located on the 2nd floor of the Ferrera Park complex, just 5 minutes from the beach. The complex features a communal swimming pool and direct access to the sea from the rocks.

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and a large dining table. The living room opens onto a balcony with sea views. There are three double bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be joined together in two of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Air conditioning is available in the living room 24 hours a day.

The apartment is accessible via an external spiral staircase, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us for further information.

The Ferrera Park complex has a communal swimming pool located directly above the sea. A ladder attached to the rocks provides direct access to the sea. The spacious garden with its lawns and tall pine trees creates a pleasant atmosphere.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Die Anlage Ferrera Park ist sehr schön, gegenüber vom Robinsonclub. Man geht in Badehose schwimmen und frühstückt danach auf dem Balkon. Dann sitzt man im Schatten am Meer und liest, usw. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Auch der Klippenstrand der Anlage ist - wie alle Strände der Baleaeren - frei zugänglich und manchmal kommen „Tagesgäste“ mit lauten Bluetoothboxen oder irgendwo ist nachts eine lautere Party. Das liegt aber nicht an der Anlage, auch der Strand des Robinsonclubs z.B. wurde entsprechend „genutzt“
