The room was so loud with all the motorcycles going by all night. The pillows were horrific, and the room temperature was either too hot or too cold.

I enjoyed my stay though I feel that the pillows need to be upgraded. Very little support and I woke with a crick in my neck. I also was happy there was a refrigerator, though a microwave would have been helpful as well.

While the hotel itself was nice, the bed was super hard and the down feather pillows were not comfortable. The noise from the adjacent roadway was very loud and we could hear it all through the night. So, if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The community board is a great resource. I really like not having a carpeted floor. It seems so much cleaner. We look forward to staying at another Tru brand by Hilton.
