Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, driveway, and all amenities during their stay. Self-check-in is available for convenience and flexibility.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful country setting by Daniel family tree farm and Carver's Creek State Park. House is located off highway. Don’t worry- there are trees to separate you from the road for privacy.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around. The front carport accommodates parking for up to 4 vehicles..



Other Things to Note:

• 🛠️ Accessibility: The home features a ramp for wheelchair access and an oversized bathroom to provide extra space and comfort for guests with mobility needs.

• 🚐 RV on Property: There is a mid-term tenant renting an RV located behind the fenced backyard. The parking spot next to the RV is reserved exclusively for that guest. Your private space includes the house, driveway, fenced yard, and outdoor play area.

• 🗑️ Trash Pickup: Trash cans are located near the Airbnb sign by the fence. Please roll them to the left side of the driveway (as you face the highway) on Wednesday night or by 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning for pickup.

• 🐾 Pets: We welcome pets with a few important guidelines:

• Pet fee is $75 per pet (2 pet max)

• This fee will be added to your booking after confirmation

• If you wish to bring more than two pets, please message us before booking to request approval

• We recommend keeping pets inside the home or within the fenced backyard. The front yard is close to a highway, so if you plan to let pets roam there, please bring your own invisible fence for their safety



Our cleaning team works hard to maintain a clean, welcoming environment between guests, and we appreciate your help in keeping the space comfortable for everyone.
