Around 10pm-10:45pm there was a rude staff member who informed me that deliveries weren’t allowed to the room. I was fine with coming to get it however the extra comments she made afterwards wasn’t all that necessary. I usually like coming to this hotel as a staycation but for my next stay I’ll book elsewhere.

Breakfast didn't taste as good as my previous stay. The grits were bland no bacon, sausage tasted funny and I wish they had grape juice as an option. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. However, the staff was super nice.

Nice new hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious, great breakfast! Only dislike was the bathroom and shower. The sliding glass bathroom door lets way too much light shine through, especially with the bed directly opposite. The rain shower head was quite awful: got the floor wet while waiting for the water to warm up before stepping in; no space in shower to use complimentary dispensers or suds up without getting wet; impossible to shave (and no place to set foot while shaving); poor rinsing pressure.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Love that the buffet pastries and fruits are all individually wrapped. Big spacious room. Just a few things we didn’t like. Mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. The AC fan blowing directly on you because it’s close to the bed. The lights in the bedroom make it impossible to sleep when someone is using the bathroom. Otherwise, overall it was a good overnight stay.
