The overall stay was pretty good. The location was good, felt safe. The owner responded every time i sent a message promptly except for when we discovered the shower didn't work in the front bathroom. I texted him asking could he come fix it and he never responded thats not good business. As far as cleanliness, it definitely needs a cleaning. The carpet on the stairs was so dirty and nasty, you wouldn't dare walk barefoot. Very visible. Please hire some professional cleaners for your stairs and update your kitchen utensils

I’m originally from Fayetteville and should have really paid attention to the location when I booked because if I would have known it was inside of foxfire I wouldn’t have booked. Fayetteville is a rough town and I know this neighborhood and it’s in a seedy part. You can tell at one point the door was kicked in or something. Also the couch had food crumbs all over it when we first got there, and when we went to take the trash out before leaving, we found condom wrappers inside the bare trashcan. Also there was trash inside the trashcan in the living room bathroom, we never used that bathroom but after we found the condom wrappers we went all over to see what else wasn’t cleaned properly. If the place was cleaned properly I would give it a four but unfortunately it was not.

Good location and value

The property wasn't bad but there are some things that need to be addressed. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen near the back door. We did spray. The place was nicely decorated as it shows online and it was a comfortable stay for the price. I would suggest that thorough cleaning and inspection of place be done before next tenant. Oh and i understand most places tend to control the air but keep in mind this is a townhouse and heat rises. It got very warm upstairs at night. I would still recommend the place.

Relax and Stay

Went to visit my son for the holidays. Owner of property was really attentive to our needs. It's open parking. However, do not park in front of 603. As she will go bang on the door at 2 in the morning for you to move your vehicle, because it is her parking spot. Other than that. I would definitely book again. Beds are super comfy fyi!

Great Townhome
