The house is located in one of the most breathtaking spots on the island, “Cala Rossa Bay,” with its unique landscape, all shaped by the transcendent archaism of the territory, featuring tuff quarries and a view that stretches to infinity—from the island of Levanzo to the Sicilian coast, encompassing the area between Erice and Trapani, all the way to Marsala.<br>The renovation stems from a deep appreciation for the site’s absolute beauty, which rejects any artificial element that might mar it. Consequently, the decision was made to preserve the building in its entirety. The exterior tuff stone has been restored to its original beauty, and the dry-stone walls were fully restored by hand by local artisans. The interiors are characterized by modern Mediterranean scrub; the large windows serve as living paintings, offering guests unforgettable views. The home is complemented by a comfortable outdoor veranda, nestled within 9,000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub that stretches all the way to the sea.
