Dimora Egadina Giovanni is a residence suspended between sky and sea in Favignana, a few steps from the golden sandy beach of Praia. The house, located on the beachfront and made mainly of lava stone, offers large spaces furnished with a modern style and design touches. From the large windows of the living area you can enjoy an enchanting view: the terraces overlook a transparent sea that fades from turquoise to cobalt, while the eye is lost among the boats moored in the port. Streets of sand alternate with small rocky coves and the fishing village, of which the house is part, preserves the history of the most important Sicilian tuna trap, built in 1600 and transformed into an interesting museum. Not far away, within walking distance, is the small historic center with its characteristic shops and restaurants. Favignana is an island where time passes slowly, the ideal place to relax with family or friends.

RAISED GROUND FLOOR — Double entrance that leads to the living room (ornamental fireplace), communicating with the dining room, which leads to the outdoor terrace; kitchen; service bathroom. FIRST FLOOR — A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; a twin bedroom; a bathroom with shower; living room with kitchenette and direct access to a furnished terrace with sitting room. ROOF TERRACE (access by spiral staircase from the raised ground floor terrace) — Pergola with dining area and seating area; kitchenette. BASEMENT FLOOR (access via external ramp adjacent to the main entrance) — A bedroom with an extra double bed and a bedroom with two extra single beds; two bathrooms with shower; a living area; laundry room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living area.
