Very reasonable and clean! Safety is a priority here, which gives you peace of mind. Breakfast is not sit down but rather simple grab-and-go style, which suited us fine. Will stay again.

The price is right if they keep it at $60-70. Nothing special and the free breakfast is basically cereal you eat standing up in the lobby or take back to your room. Quick access to the Animas River walk is a real plus if you like a morning run or walk.

Good basic stay in Farmington. I always stay here when I visit. Nothing fancy but the room is clean. Bedding is clean. Shower hot, A/C works well. Feels safe. Parking is easy. Easy to get in and out. Breakfast is rather poor, with donuts from Walmart that aren’t super good, orange juice, yogurt cups. There’s a park right next door and you can walk or jog along the river.

The bed was very good and it was very quiet. But the free breakfast was cereal, some fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. No place to sit down and eat. Oh yeah they did have a waffle maker. It seemed like a very sketchy place.

Room was decent, very small but fine. It seems to be an older Hotel so its to be expected. The beds were comfortable. It was quite noisy though and I could hear all my neighbors. All in all it was exactly what I expected for the price I paid.
