Very noisy stay! Our room was right next to a gate that lead to the stairs and vending machines, and it slammed all night long. We got very little sleep.

Pokoj čistý, na okraji centra. Doporučuji, vše v docházkové vzdálenosti, ovšem po ulicích nikdo nechodí, jen autem. Bylo to zvláštní jít pěšky do centra osamoceně, potkat jen pár bezdomovců.

This will be a hard pass for us the next time we stay the night in Farmington... Upon arrival homeless people were already scouring the parking lot asking for change. Once we got to the room we were met with a potent cleaning fragrance more than likely used to cover up the person before us who was smoking Marijuana in the room. We did find the odor coming from the a/c unit which we opted not to use that night do to the stench. We then proceeded to check the beds for any unfriendly visitors. The beds were found to be clean but under the beds was another story. The cleaners failed to clean under the beds and there for old dog feces were there along with an abundace of trash. Our bathroom toilet had not been throughly cleaned on the ouside. We experenced Noah's ark when taking a shower. The shower curtain rail was barely holding on. Therefore requiring you to hold the curtain the best you could to avoid flooding the floor. Overall we made it through one night. As far as an extended stay here I don't recommend it. I also proceeded to let check out know about these issues the morning we left.

The smell of disinfectant was overwhelming, and nauseating. Then I spilled some clean water on the floor and when I wiped it up it turned a towel black - not clean but disinfected. The refrigerator froze everything. The security lock was hanging by a screw... And yes, it takes a few minutes to get warm water.

There was metal edging all around the bottoms of the beds so every time you touched it with your toes, it made a loud noise. During the night there were noises in the room (I wake up a lot)..The bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in. No freezer in the fridge. Small square pillows. I could hear music from the room next to us & had to call the desk to have them turn it down at 10 PM. Hole in a washcloth. With the price we pay, I think they could afford to throw it away. It did have bathroom amenities. It had beautiful art work on the wall which looked like either the red rocks of Sedona, AZ or the canyons of Utah.

the shower didn’t work our entire stay. it kept either having no hot water at all or scolding hot water. there was no in between. even after calling the first desk for maintenance, we still could not use the shower because of the lack of control for hot and cold water. their checkout time says 11am, however every morning, we were woken up by housekeeping banging on the door before 10am. this confused me because we stayed for a total of 3 nights and there is a sign that says “housekeeping won’t service your room unless requested or at the 3rd day mark.” not only was this annoying, it was irritating to answer the door and be awoken rudely just to tell someone “no, i don’t need new sheets.” please tell your staff to wait til after checkout time to bang on the doors.
