It's under new management so therefore it's been remodeled an has a very big nice improvement I'd have to say compared to what it use to be. Nice beautiful cozy rooms nice bathrooms has big closets

Staff extremely rude and rushed us to check out even tho we were planning on staying again until the acted rude and hostile by banging on the door by multiple staff members after I had explained to the head maid that my husband was in the shower and our baby was asleep so I had to wait until he had gotten out of the shower

They denied me service because of a review I had made about the staff being rude. Instead of calling us ahead of time to let us complete the booking process, they decided to let us go check in. However, it was already going to be midnight, and no other hotel in the area allowed us to book after midnight. As a result, my pregnant wife and our 11-month-old baby were sleeping in our car because the refund wasn’t instant, and we didn’t have the funds to stay elsewhere. Mind you, my wife is currently in a high-risk pregnancy.
