We often stay at this resort hotel to soak in the hot springs, and it feels wonderful. The hotel is a bit old and needs proper renovation. The rooms are kept very clean. We will go back again. Good place for a weekend away.

The staff were great! The restaurant and the pub’s food and drinks were good. The pool and rooms need a lot of work. Not great, sub par. Room bathroom and pool had some ewww factor. I would also suggest finding out if there are kids hockey teams staying at the hotel before going. Not enough good parenting when it came to respecting the peace in the small hotel pool after 9:00 and the hallways.
