First off, the counter staff wasn't in the building for 15mins and then they gave me a room that had been smoked in and I specifically requested non smoking. Then they transferred me into another room and the sealant around the toilet was leaking non stop we had to put 6 towels around it and the front door had a drift I will never come back there.
