I planned this last minute trip to meet up with my boyfriend for one night and enjoy some hot tub time and relax. When I got to the property I was told there was some work being done but it should be open a little later. By 515, I called to ask if I could use the hot tub and they said , no.. not until tomorrow. This made me super upset because the hot tub was the main reason I chose that property. If I had k own it would be closed I would have stayed somewhere else. Super disappointed

I visited the area to see family. While the hotel itself was nice, I was assigned a handicapped-accessible room where the shower water went all over the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient. The staff I encountered were not friendly, and when I returned from running errands the next morning, my room had not been cleaned and I had no fresh dry towels. Next time I visit, I’ll be staying at a Motel 6 instead.
