Not what I would expect from a Country Inn and Suites. Quality seems to have gone way down. First, who designed the rooms? Someone that has never used one. Closet is in the bathroom and there are no towel holders in the bathroom. So, you cannot hang the towels up, guess you use the hangers. The shower door is a half door and water leaks everywhere. Get used to a wet floor or standing on a wet rug or using the towels you cannot hang up to dry the floor. Sensor light on bathroom so everyone wakes up with a bright shining light in their face when one person has to use the facilities in the middle of the night. Breakfast bar? Hope you like unappetizing options with a side of phlegm and germs as prep staff coughing all over everything. In the back while they cook the eggs and bacon and while they are cleaning and organizing plates. No gloves so the times she coughed into her hands every yummy phlegmy bit is on your plate. And when her hands were full.....coughed right onto the surfaces and the fruit bins. Told the manager about it and he said "Well, it's just allergies, she isn't sick." Guess that makes her sharing her germs more acceptable. Bring a side of antibiotic to spread on your toast as you serve up your eggs. On the positive....will say that the rooms were at least clean.

That place is ok the person and the front desk was so rude he not ASK YOU welcome to the hotel nothing I have to tall him I got reservation he answer real rude I got the room the room was ok later on I ask for one more pillow and blanket he said I have no more really is a hotel I ask for one more towel the same answer IM NOT recommending that hotel to no one very bad experience for my kids this hotel is and Vallejo I cross from six flags (the shower floor was dirty and black gross

Breakfast was the best highlight of our stay. Location and affordability of the hotel was also well appreciated. We made a trip to visit some friends who live in Vallejo. They showed us around town, hitting up Napa and Sonoma. Would definitely stay here again 10/10.

Front desk didn’t have a map of the location or one to provide at all. The first room I got the window opened up to a dark hallway. The ice machines were leaking all over the floor. There was a pile of garbage outside, right where people would walk from their car to their room.

No bowls for the cereal and no other extras to grab like fruit or yogurts They charge an extra $20/hour for early checkin Room was clean and parking good.
