Great location. Easy access to 495. Spacious. Well equipped. We were there 4 nights & couldn’t have been more pleased. Lv room open on large deck & attractive backyard. We would definitely stay here again !!!

Refreshed but a bit spartan

Very clean and updated house in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood but close to highways and conveniences. Would be nice to have dressers or luggage stands in bedrooms. Beds seem to be listed in “European sizing”, meaning their “King” bed was what is called a Queen in US and their Queens are really full or doubles. But, beds were comfortable and area is quiet. Downstairs “suite” with bedrooms, bath and living room was great for our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 year old. Nice surprise to find a crib and mattress down there.

Listing photos must have been some time ago. They vary from what it actually looks like now, not much but enough that I was surprised. The furniture was different, the deck needs repair, there are lights out and missing blinds throughout the house. The basement was musty smelling. The mattresses and bed frames need to be replaced. The mattress in the big bedroom was so caved in the middle it was hard for two people to sleep on it, and the frame was held up by random 'sticks' here and there. Another bed collapsed in the middle of the night. The bathroom in the large bedroom is cramped (can't sit on the toilet and have the door closed without angling your legs), the shower drain wasn't screwed in place and it kept having to be put back in place, the shower head height was not adjustable so short people got sprayed in the face, the vanity mirror on the wall was barely attached with one screw, and there is no where to put your toiletries in the shower or the bathroom itself. There were no blinds on the back deck door - which is a full glass door - so it was a little odd at night. Host was responsive. We were out of papertowels and she brought some almost immediately. Other things like lightbulbs were not addressed during our stay. Instead of this being a great 'deal' for our family stay it was more like a 'you get what you paid for,' which was basically the reply the host gave when I brought all this to her attention after our stay.
