I stayed at this hotel for five days, and everything I experienced was truly wonderful! Their shuttle service runs 24/7, and when I called after picking up my baggage, the shuttle arrived in just five minutes. Even though the hotel is a little far from downtown, there are great restaurants right next door, so I didn’t have to drive into the city. Since I don’t like driving on icy roads—and I’m not familiar with them anyway—I usually had a nice dinner at the restaurants nearby. I could walk there easily. Lastly, the front desk gave me a room with an aurora view. There was a sign next to the door saying, “If you’re lucky, you can see the aurora from your room.” I doubted it, but as soon as I opened the window at 2 a.m. right after checking in, I saw a beautiful aurora activity. I will never forget that moment. I was so happy to stay at this hotel. Thank you for your excellent service. I really appreciate it.

First the lovely paintings throughout along with good old fashioned charm. Room call for northern lights showing! ( although none last night). Majestic reindeer to observe and admire. Outside fire pits throughout the walking paths. Fine restaurant on property! Easy parking with plugins. Nice cosy exercise/ stretching/ meditation room was a great place to jumpstart my day. Then Three course free bkfst buffet. Fruit w/ fabulous yogurt, oatmeal w/ toppings, and then eggs potatoes and sausage! A real treat. Lots of space to hang out in lobbies and sitting rooms! Real relaxing stay for my 70th B D. Room was clean along with bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable too! Will talk this trip up for a while!
