This hotel was fairly priced and provided exactly what you could expect from a mainstream company; continental breakfast, shuttle service, ironing board and coffee machine in room. Some things that were off putting was some of the front desk staff. A few of the women were unwelcoming and passive aggressive when checking in about the shuttle service. We also didn’t have any soap in the bottles provided in the shower.

This was probably the nicest La Quinta that I have stayed in. The lobby was especially inviting with the couch and fireplace. Rooms also looked remodeled. All the staff we encountered, from the shuttle driver (who was also the very talented breakfast cook!), to the front desk clerks were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely staff on our next trip to Fairbanks.

Our stay at La Quinta was great! The staff was always friendly, the breakfast was decent and they have their own little gift shop. My only complaint was the smell of rotten eggs in the room at check in and that the gift shop ran out of water after our first day.

The room was good, the reception lady gave us a fright when she mentioned our room was booked for next day as we were checking in at 2am. But then we had to explain her and hen she realized that we had booked for 2 nights 😅.
