My room was amazing. The room was always clean. The staff from front desk was kind. The night shift lady was amazing helps me with getting my parking pass and voiding an accidental parking ticket.

Wow! I didn't see any photos of what it looks like when the parking lot is frozen and the temperatures were -40F. True Alaskan experience, and a nice place to base our tours out of. It was nice to be able to walk to the old town shopping and a few restaurants nearby. The BBQ place on the other side of the hotel building was AWESOME!

The room is much smaller than it seems, though its cleanly furnished and decent. There were not enough linens for 2 people - not enough pillows and towels. Staff were pleasant. Free parking was nice. I wish the front door wasn't locked all day. Not sure I would stay again at the price I paid but also not terrible.
