We have never met a more rude staff at a hotel property! Our check in was awful! The man checking my husband and our friend in was unbelievably rude. The next morning I went to the front desk to request a microwave, the reply was “our rooms don’t have microwaves” I responded with “Our friends room has a microwave “ she responded with “not all rooms have a microwave.” I also asked her to have someone go in and look at our tv because it would play for about 3 minutes then freeze. No one ever came to look at the tv so the entire 3 days when we watched tv we would piece together the show because of constant freezing. Upon check out, I walked up and stated that I wanted to check out, the lady said “drop your keys in the box” and throw your trash in the bin.” No offer of a receipt or anything. Never staying here again!

This is an older property that could use some updating. That being said, the rooms were VERY spacious and clean. There is a restaurant downstairs that was pretty good. The front desk staff and housekeeping were wonderful and very helpful.

We stayed there for 2 nights, It took some extra time for our room to get ready. It was probably 5PM or little later before it was ready. They did provide luggage storage which was great! When we got in our room they had a fan of some sort running close to the bed. I don't know if there had been some wet carpet or what. The staff we spoke to didn't know why it was running. The carpet didn't feel that wet so I'm not sure what the deal was. Anyway it ended up being my sound machine at night. There was plenty of room with enough storage for our stay. The tile in the bathroom wasn't that great looking but it looked fairly clean & it worked. The sink was outside the bathroom & we never could get any hot water to come out of it. The hotel was very busy! Every day buses of people were checking in. The restaurant was good; a bit pricey tho. We ended up splitting our dinner so not so bad then. They only had a breakfast buffet & it was $24pp with no other breakfast options. All in all it was a pretty good place to stay.

This was our first stay in the south tower. It must be the oldest part of the hotel & is showing its age. When we stayed on other trips, we were in the central section of the hotel & it was much newer, much less worn. I think the newer section has more sound proofing because I recall our room there being very quiet. That is one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. The south tower is much noisier. But the staff is warm, welcoming & efficient. Next time we'll ask for the central tower.

Did not like or dislike. Rooms were clean desk staff, restaurant staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. The place wasvvery, very outdated. Lots of stains in the carpets. Windows needed repaired, lighting was poor(very dim)

This was the worst experience with being able to sleep I had at a hotel in my life, unfortunately. I had to request that the refrigerator in our room be replaced because it didn’t work. Then when they replaced the refrigerator, it refrigerated, but it made incredible noise at night time. As a result, I lost two nights of sleep and it made for a horrible start to my vacation. In addition, for two nights There was construction work going on outside of my hotel window at midnight until one or 2 o’clock in the morning. This is something that I am gonna request some type of reimbursement for the loss of sleep I experienced. At the very least, a hotel’s main goal should be to ensure that their customers to be able to have a great sleep. That was not the case for my wife and I with this particular hotel during the time that we were there. Positively, however, the staff was very pleasant, professional, and Had an excellent attitude. I did let them know about the noise issue, but nothing was done to my knowledge about this. We had to put the refrigerator that was noisy in the bathroom in order to try to get some sleep.
