So the hotel rooms needs a major upgrade. We booked two rooms and the common thing we noticed was the bathrooms need deep cleaning and the carpet needed to be changed 7 years ago. Location is okay. Staff is good

Bathroom, room, and building were all well below adequate. Tub and pieces of the tiles in the bathroom were chipping (actively falling apart during our stay). Room was decent but not worth the price.

Hotel looks nice from the outside but if you’re in the old section it was dirty and not clean. It was dimly lit, the sheets didn’t fit the mattress, the shower was not clean, the toilet was disgusting. Would not recommend.

Nice hotel with many facilities at a good price in a nice area. Room is clean and dining is convenient. Close to shopping and parks. The only thing that is unusual is that they won’t let you check in even it’s only 3 minutes before 3:00pm.

When we first arrived the room was clean, roomy and the bed was comfortable. The next day I asked the front desk to have the towels chenged in our bathroom, after a second request the next day I gave up.We checked out after the forth night. The restaurant showed they knew they had a captured customer base as service was very slow and uncareing. Also the menu was very limited and over priced (even for Alaska). Holland America needs to find a better hotel place there customers!!
