Our stay at this property was disappointing and did not reflect what was advertised. The photos online appeared welcoming, but the reality showed extensive wear and neglect. Check-in was unprofessional — the attendant didn’t greet or assist us, only pointed toward a rack of envelopes and said, “It’s over there.” We were left to find our keys and figure out everything ourselves. Inside, the furnishings and fixtures were worn, chipped, and poorly maintained. The “resource guide” was a sparse notebook with minimal information, offering no real help with the property or local area. Cleanliness was below expectations, and several items showed long-term neglect. Most concerning was the complete lack of window coverings on the entire second floor, including the main bedroom. The windows directly faced the neighboring house, providing zero privacy day or night. We felt constantly exposed and uncomfortable, which made it hard to relax or rest properly. Overall, the listing photos and description were misleading, omitting the property’s deterioration and lack of basic privacy. For the price paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained space. Instead, we left disappointed and frustrated, and would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made.

Great alternative to a hotel.

We didn't utilize the pool. The view from our condo was breathtaking. So convenient, and very roomy. We loved our stay here and will probably return again. We spent most of our time in Eureka Springs, and it was a quick drive from our condo.

Yes it’s a little dated but this is our new go-to for Eureka Springs area! The condo was huge, had beautiful views from a wall of windows, a nice deck and grilling area. The pool area and surrounding areas were beautiful. Wonderful property at a great price. Loved it

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Is right on the lake, but there are so many trees, you would not know the lake was there. The property is really showing its age. Could use some renovations. The back patio had lots of spiderwebs. Inside smelled musty. Had to leave the back door open to keep air circulating through.

Fun stay

80s vibe, but spacious. The Jacuzzi was huge! Beware-the bathroom is fully mirrored. Also, the master bedroom is in the loft overlooking the living room, so privacy might be an issue for families. We'd stay again!

September Boat Trip

Very comfortable and convenient to Holiday Island Marina. Amazing views from many of the condos. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Units are always clean considering the age of the property. Grills are dated and pool could use some attention. Grass clippings were blown onto pool patio and left. Easy fix to clean up. Overall great value, we will be back and would recommend to others.

Clean and spacious. A bit old and dated. If you’re expecting toiletries, don’t. There are none. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and soap. I would also suggest bringing your own blow dryer. Theirs ate my hair as it did not have a guard on it and my hair got wrapped around the motor and I had to cut it to get my hair out. Not pleasant.

The views are great but the properties are outdated. The mattress was very comfortable but the ceiling fan kept making noises which made it difficult to sleep. Also would benefit from having USB ports for charging electronics.

Me and my family had absolutely no complaints. It was a nice , clean and spacious condo. Renting it , was way better than 4 people setting in a one room hotel room , looking at eachother. Lol. At the end of our days being out in Eureka springs shopping , it was like relaxing at your home, with kids having their own space. Only a few miles from town. And worth every penny. I will absolutely rent a condo again.
