The Magnolia Suite is a quaint, quiet, cute room in a great location of Eureka Springs. To us, the picture of the room makes it appear larger than it really is, but guests have access to other areas of this old hotel. Overall, the room could use a few updates (loveseat is worn, wallpaper bottom edge in bathroom is torn and water damaged, it takes awhile for hot water to get to the shower) but the bed is comfortable. There is a mini-fridge not mentioned in the description, plenty of lighting and air circulation, quiet window air conditioner. Antique dresser and wall decorations. Antique looking heater. Closet with iron, small ironing board, portable fan, blankets. Plugs for electronics. Great lodge style room access with board games, tables, leather couch. Picturesque views! Kitchenette with coffee k-cups, microwave, and large refrigerator/freezer. Porch with rocking chairs all around this beautiful hotel. We would stay here again.

Bad experience

Not for the handicapped We stayed in the Magnolia Suite…Not updated in anyway, bugs not bed bugs but bugs in the bed. water stains on the ceiling. no water pressure. The bed was broke. Couch was broke aswell., Door locks, front and back was loose and dangerous and offered no security. Locals did not care how they drove up and down the roads. Afraid to use plugs, extension cords for everything. Do not trust the pictures online. No space what so ever. And let’s not forget about the barking dog from upstairs. Rules?Historically it’s nice, but definitely needs to be made safe by securing the doors and updating all the electrical wiring and outlets.
