Bed was very very hard. At first checkin he gave us an old dingy smoking room. We had to go back and as for a non smoking room which was very nice but the bed was VERY hard and we both did not sleep well at all on it.

Sadly, I would’ve given this hotel a one, but since it’s the only hotel in Etowah I’m giving out a two. They put us in a room that had floodlights shining into our space, and even with the blackout curtains, it kept the room somewhere light while trying to sleep. The bed was bad. When I went to take a bath, there was mildew around the edges. And for entertainment, while in the bath, I got to see a cockroach run across the floor. The lampshade had it’s binding falling off.

ROACHES!!!! Walked in Room 109 and saw 4 roaches. I was moved to another room. AC vent was very dirty. Always have Zero airflow. Rooms had AC turned OFF. Took very long to cool down.

Eateries within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Room was decent but bathroom needed a little touch up but everything worked well. AC was a bit loud but kept the room cool. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The front desk is the reason it was a horrible experience being charged $100 and called after I checked out to be harassed, berated, and banned from the property over a dirty diaper in the trash is crazy. My TV kept turning off and we would have to unplug it to make it work. The ac barely worked. The room was dirty when we got there. If I hadn't been so broke and tired I would have moved around but 10/10 do not recommend stating here.i hope y'all think twice about staying here.. no free breakfast either. Stray cats EVERYWHERE. If you go outside to smoke the owner will constantly circle around and watch you also.

THIS WHOLE PLACE NEEDS A REMODELING..HOLES IN CEILING,WALLS,STAIN FURNITURE.PILLOWS ARE HALF THE SIZE OF A STANDERD PILLOW.YOU ARE GIVEN ONE SMALL TOWEL FOR A 2 DAY STAY.OUTSIDE THEY HAVE A SMOKING SHACK WHERE THERE WAS A DOZEN PEOPLE SMOKING AND IT WAS ALL COMING IN THRU THE AIR CONDITIONING VENT.ENTIRE ROOM SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE..EVEN OUR CLOTHES.THE TOILET IS A CHILDS TOILET WHERE YOU HAVE TO LOWER YOURSELF ALL THE WAY DOWN TO USED IT..I HAVED NEVERED SEEN ONE LIKE THAT..DAMAGED DOORS ALL PAINTED OVER WITH DIFFERENT COLORS AND SCRATCH UP AND LOUD AC UNITS..HOTEL WOULD BE NICE IF THEY GOT RID OF THE SMOKING SHACK AND STARTED TO PUT MONEY BACK IN THE PLACE BY REDECORATING THE PLACE..IT REALLY NEEDS IT..WONT BE BACK ANYMORE..I KNOW THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THATS ON ME..
