The rooms were very clean yet they are showing some wear and tear. I know they are going through a remodel phase in the pool. Be aware that if you are staying in one the areas away from the lobby that it is best to park on the inside. The building is a bit of a labyrinth. Lovely location and I believe recently acquired by HolidayInn. They are renovating at this time. The bed and decor is definitely improved but some of the features in the room were poor workmanship (wallpaper falling off wall by window, black out shades were not attached on edges of window so they pull away and are not black out). Overall would definitely recommend!!
