The room we got looked nothing like the photos. The bathroom counter had spackle on it to fill some holes. But the tub shower was brand new. The carpet was old and worn in spots, but the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The location was good, the breakfast was a nice option and the desk staff were helpful. We were in the area to hike, so we were just using the room to sleep. It was nothing to write home about and I would consider other options if I returned to the area.

The stay was ok and reasonable. Could be updated and the hair dryer in the bathroom was confusing, all sign needed to say was “has to be plugged in to switch by the sink” instead it said light switch needed to be on but it wasn’t plugged in. Also the phone to the front desk didn’t work and no one on staff at 5 am. To help.

A dated property. Staff did not seem welcoming. Breakfast was in a very cramped space and started later than expected given the proximity to Rocky Mountain NP where guests want to get into the park. There were many people waiting into the breakfast room when it opened.

The hotel was run down compared to the pictures and needed a lot of work. Front door and balcony doors were sticking making it difficult to open, close, and lock. Couch in room was very dirty and needed to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom sink drained slowly and would backup just from washing hands. Bathroom counter was damaged in multiple places and repaired with putty.

Old motel - partially remodeled - The 2 chairs were old and uncomfortable. Bed was okay. I don’t care for bathroom sink and vanity outside of the bathroom and located in the living/bedroom area. Door was old and had been kicked in before as the latch lock wasn’t working and door jamb chipped and broken off. Apparently there’s no hurry or reason to repair it. The room had an Old musty smell in room. Glad I carry Lysol. While in the small bathroom, a large spider crawled in under the door from the living/bedroom area. Obviously no pest control used. Wouldn’t stay here again. We didn’t bother eating the free continental breakfast. It just looked thrown together and unappealing.
