I believe the owners of this property have made a real effort to give a good experience for a reasonable price. Everything in the room was operational. The outside landscaping and pool area was above average. Things like the bedspread and curtains in the room were worn and shabby - they definitely need improvement.

The staff were all friendly, helpful 2 times when I locked my key card in my room. Thanks for your patience when I forgot or i was late signing & initialing a new form for my stay being extended. Especially when the front desk employee had to come up to remind me new paperwork had to be done before 11:00 a.m.

Cockroaches in the room, mainly in the bathroom early morning. I didn't see any breakfast, just coffee. Aside from that it's ok for the price but others nearby without roaches. Location is a few long blocks away from any markets.
