Parking was great. Breakfast was limited. Front desk said truck hadn't come so they ran out of several food items. Maybe someone should have gone to grocery store and stocked up

The staff was just awesome! The hotel was a very good value. Breakfast was good, the service and extra effort by the staff was outstanding! The ONLY problem was the pillows were just awful. But that’s the only thing I would recommend for improvement.

Everything was great! If I had any complaint, it would center around the TV remote. It was so unnecessarily complicated, that I had to go to the front desk for help, the woman was sweet & helpful, but I still couldn't get the darned thing to get any of the sports channels listed. So, other than that, everyone & everything was all one could expect, & then some! :-)

I don’t expect much from this level of hotel, but I do expect a basic level of cleanliness. This did not meet the expectations. There was dirt and other debris all over the floor. Clearly had not been vacuumed. Also no blanket on one of the beds. Hard to understand that. Service was friendly enough but just not good enough with the room cleaning and prep.

We stay here everytime we visit Erie, its a great location for us. Rooms are always very nice, clean and the staff friendly. Room prices are always very good also. Highly recommend this hotel.

The next morning at checkout time we realized the elevator was not working. We hollered down to the desk that I was able to see below and she went to find the maintenance man within about 10 minutes she came up to help me with my bag but about a minute later he came up and carried my bag downstairs which was so nice and it worked out
